    Quarterly Journal (Notion)

Plan and review every quarter with intention. Editable in Notion.

    Why it exists

Yearly goals are too far away to act on and daily lists are too close to steer by. A quarter is the unit that actually works, long enough to finish something, short enough to feel urgent

This template is where I set three or four goals for the quarter, attach numbers to them, and then review honestly each month instead of at the end when it is too late to change anything.

It pairs well with the daily journal, but works fine on its own.

    What's inside
    • Quarter goals block to input a handful of outcomes
    • Key metrics table comparing last quarter, target and actual
    • Monthly review toggles for April/May/June-style check-ins
    • A quarterly priorities board (not started, in progress, done, on hold)
    • A quarter close-out review prompt
    • Duplicate-ready structure for every future quarter
    Who it's for
    • Operators and builders who plan in 90-day cycles
    • Anyone whose yearly goals quietly die in February
