    Daily Journal (Notion)

Plan and review your day. Duplicate to your Notion and edit freely.

    Why it exists

I have kept some version of a daily journal since I was handcrafting planners as a kid. The format has changed; the reason has not. A day you plan and review is a day you can learn from.

This is the Notion version I use. It is deliberately small: three prompts in the morning, three lines at night, and a database you can learn from at the end of the year.

Duplicate it into your own workspace and change anything. The prompts are a starting point but you don't need to follow them.

    What's inside
    • Morning intentions prompt to set the tone of the day
    • Top three priorities block so the day has a shape
    • Evening review prompt for what worked and what did not
    • A Journal Entries database with date, intentions, priorities and review
    • Filtered views for this week and this month
    • A blank daily template you can duplicate in one click
    Who it's for
    • People who already live in Notion and want journalling in the same place
    • Anyone rebuilding a daily planning habit after it lapsed
    • Builders who want a light record of decisions and energy over time
